
On the occasion of the Fallas 2025, Valencia City Council has announced traffic restrictions in the city center to ensure safety and the correct development of the traditional mascletás. From March 1 to March 19, cuts will be implemented in several streets surrounding the Plaza del Ayuntamiento.
According to information provided by Transit Valencia, the cuts will be implemented daily from 11:45 am until 30 minutes after the end of the mascletá. The main roads affected include the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, as well as key cross streets such as Xàtiva, Russafa, Colón, La Paz and María Cristina.
A perimeter restriction to vehicular traffic has been established, allowing only pedestrians and emergency vehicles to pass within the delimited area.

The City Council recommends citizens to use public transport to facilitate mobility. The influx of visitors is expected to increase significantly during these dates, so services such as EMT and Metrovalencia will be reinforced.
More cuts from March 16
On the occasion of the Fallas 2025, the City Council of Valencia has also announced cuts from March 16 in several areas of the city.
From 3:00 p.m. on March 16 until 4:00 a.m. on March 20, traffic will be prohibited inside the perimeter delimited in the map above.
- Talls Ban Falles Level 1 (green): This is the area with the strictest restrictions, which includes the historic center of the city, where numerous Fallas events and mascletás are held.
- Talls Ban Falles Level 2 (yellow): This affects a wider area around the center, with additional restrictions that could be extended at times of high influx.
- Talls Castell (blue): Refers to traffic restrictions in the area of les Arts, where fireworks will be set off.
Suspension of the ORA from March 10.
Regulated parking in the city will modify its guidelines as of next March 10, as established by the published Fallas’ bando.
The Regulated Parking Service with Time Limitation will be modified from 09:00 hours next March 10 until 09:00 hours on the 20th of the same month throughout the municipality.
The modifications will be, as in previous years, as follows:
- Blue Zone: The time regulation will be completely suspended, so that the places will become free access without payment and without limitation of use.
- Orange Zone: It will become exclusive for residents 24 hours a day.
- Green Zone: It will maintain its usual operation without changes.
