The penthouse on the 63rd floor of the future TM Tower in Benidorm, the tallest residential skyscraper in the European Union, already has a buyer: a Spanish businessman has purchased the unit for 3.4 million euros, according to the newspaper Cinco Días.
The transaction makes this unit the most expensive in a building that has already sold half of its 260 units.
According to the same report, the average price per apartment is around 974,000 euros, and the majority of buyers are citizens from Eastern Europe.
A 350-square-meter penthouse at the top of the skyline

The sold unit covers 350 square meters and features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a walk-in closet, and a terrace. The price per square meter reaches 9,696 euros, a figure that reflects both the property’s uniqueness and its location on the 63rd floor of the building.
This floor, according to information published in 2025, will be one level below the skybar and an astronomical observatory in collaboration with MUDIC, which will be installed at the top of the tower, on the 64th floor.
The sale of the penthouse as a private residence makes this space one of the most exclusive residences in all of Europe.

The TM Tower, developed by TM Grupo Inmobiliario, will have 64 floors and stand 230 meters tall, making it the tallest residential building in the European Union.
Delivery is scheduled for late 2028, with one- to four-bedroom units located fifty meters from Poniente Beach.
