At what point we stop drinking good coffee in Spain? We consume between 3 and 4 cups of coffee a day, but chances are that none of them are really good. Habit, that excessive bitterness of burnt coffee, has made a hole in our throat. The torrefacto, if not the low-quality grain, has monopolized breakfasts, after-dinner meals and nightly snacks to the point of becoming the norm. The fact that coffee tastes like real coffee is extraordinary today. And we call it Speciality Coffee.
The philosophy of this movement the coffeehouse, which is present in coffee shops all over the world, seeks to recover the tradition and love for natural coffee.
