Tacos, arepas, empanadas, ceviches and tequeños will arrive in the Cabanyal neighborhood this October. Sabrofest, the first Latin gastronomy festival in Valencia, will be held from 23 to 26 October.
With Venezuelan, Colombian, Mexican and Argentinean restaurants from all over Spain, this gastronomic festival will combine food, live music and activities for the whole family. As, for example, the children’sshowcooking on Saturday 25 at 1 pm, for the little ones to get into the skin of Latin chefs and learn to cook playing (registration through the Instagram of @sabrofest.es.
It will be between Eugenia Viñes and Marcos Sopena streets, very close to the port of Valencia. Access to the event is free.
From the organization they have advanced the schedules of the festival, which will be from 18 to 00:00 hours on Thursday, October 23, and from 12 to 00:00 from Friday 24 to Sunday 26.
Schüessler, Smoked Lovers, BrioChef and Cachapera from Venezuela, Gula from Argentina, Mr. Rick and El Cafetero from Colombia, Nina Kusi from Peru, El Huey from Mexico, Sabrosito Ecuador will be the participating restaurants in this edition.
