Chef Rubén Miralles serves the most affordable Michelin-starred gastronomic menu in the Valencian Community in Vinaròs. The establishment, located in a discreet alleyway in the historic center, has been recognized by the Michelin Guide itself as the cheapest haute cuisine menu in the Valencian Community , costing less than €50.
The “Producte” menu costs €49 and is available every day of the week. It consists of six courses that pay tribute to the produce of Castellón’s land and sea and includes artisan bread and extra virgin olive oil.

The restaurant also offers the “Amarant” menu, a fully vegan alternative for 56 euros, which requires a reservation 24 hours in advance.
Miralles’ proposal stands out for its creative approach to traditional local products. The chef offers a gastronomic journey that incorporates hints of Arabic, Peruvian, and Asian flavors. As the guide itself points out, this is market cuisine with a “strong identity” that does not compromise on sophistication.
The restaurant is located in the old town of Vinaròs, on the coast of Castellón, approximately an hour and a half’s drive from the center of Valencia. In 2025, it earned its first Michelin star.
