Chelva will host the fourth edition of Quesalia, its Cheese and Pairing Fair, on May 1, 2, and 3, 2026.
The town’s Plaza Mayor, a historic site located within an area recognized by UNESCO as a Biosphere Reserve, will be the center of the event, bringing together producers and artisans to showcase the region’s cheeses, wines, olive oil, honey, and traditional baked goods from local bakeries.
During the three-day fair, visitors will be able to both sample and purchase products at the designated stalls.
Quesalia 2026 Activity Program
The fair will feature a parallel program including live musical performances, guided tours of the historic district, children’s workshops, a play area, and specialized tastings.
There will also be cooking demonstrations and training sessions aimed at people interested in entrepreneurship in the agri-food sector.
