In the Comunitat Valenciana we have towns and places of dreams. We can enjoy Tabarca, see the Albufera full of birds or stroll through the four streets of the smallest town in Spain.
And no, we are not the only ones who say so, but now, the Magical Towns Network has awarded Nules, a municipality of Castellón, as Magical Town Comunitat Valenciana 2025.
Nules, apart from having one of the most beautiful lighthouses in the Comunitat Valenciana, is also a dream town. With about 14,000 inhabitants in 2023, it is halfway between being a maritime town and an inland town. And its enclave, very close to the sea, allows it to have the best of both worlds.
Association of Magical Towns of Spain
The Association of Magical Towns of Spain, which is responsible for giving this award, is formed by 148 municipalities and 150 towns throughout the country. It also has an international projection, since it was born in Mexico and is expanding to countries such as Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Peru and Portugal.
The award seeks to give visibility to the award-winning municipalities and promote tourism in these towns that have their own characteristics that make them unique.
In the case of Nules, the award will be presented at the International Tourism Fair on January 23, 2025.
