Not one, not two, but three nighttime fireworks displays will be held this weekend in Valencia’s Plaza del Ayuntamiento during the first big Fallas weekend before Fallas Week.
From Friday, March 6 to Sunday, March 8, the center of Valencia will close the night with three fireworks displays for Fallas 2026. In addition to the daily mascletás scheduled for 2 p.m. every day until March 19, the pyrotechnics companies Pibierzo, Tomás, and Nadal Martí will set off a nighttime mascletá every day.
This is the nighttime program for the Town Hall Square on March 6, 7, and 8, 2026:
- Friday, March 6, 11:59 p.m.: Fireworks show “Magic and color in Valencia’s Town Hall Square” – Pibierzo Pyrotechnics.
- Saturday, March 7, 11:59 p.m.: Fireworks show “The Magic of Color” – Tomás Pyrotechnics (Plaza del Ayuntamiento).
- Sunday, March 8, 8:00 p.m.: Fireworks show “The Magic of Gunpowder” – Nadal Martí Pyrotechnics (Plaza del Ayuntamiento).
In addition, a few hours earlier, on Saturday, March 8, at 8:45 p.m., the “Pólvora a la vespra” festival will set off the last of the experimental shows in the Mossén Sorell-Corona commission, with a display by Pirotecnia Vulcano.
The shows may be affected by the rain forecast for Valencia this coming weekend.
