In October the rain returns to Valencia, the 9 d’Octubre is celebrated and you eat at the seafood fair. MarisGalicia, the gastronomic event that every year is installed in Valencia, is already in the city another year, specifically in the old Grau station.
Until October 26 this itinerant event will serve fresh produce, especially fish and seafood, imported from Galicia on a daily basis to taste it on site or even order it to take away.
The event was born as a way to promote the gastronomy, tourism and culture of Galicia. And to soak you as they command, the canons of this autonomous community will have tetilla cheese, empanada, octopus a feira or barnacles, among other dishes on the menu.

Also lobsters, barnacles, crayfish or spider crabs are some of the dishes on the menu below.
The organization guarantees the freshness of the product by means of daily transport from the Galician fish markets in pool trucks to Valencia.
Inside the tent, with different specialized stands, the public can choose the product that is then prepared at the time, grilled or cooked. And there is no shortage of local wines, such as Albariño.
Access to the site is free and there is the possibility of eating on site or ordering takeaway food.
MarisGalicia’s opening hours are from Monday to Saturday, from 1 to 4:30 pm and from 8 to 11 pm, and Sundays: from 1 to 4:30 pm.
