The Trinidad Alfonso Zurich Valencia Marathon is finalizing the details for the celebration of the race this coming Sunday, December 7, starting at 8:15 am.
The organization has made public the route, the events prior to the race and the recommendations on how to get to the starting area on Sunday.

The start will be from the Plaça de la Marató in the direction of the Monteolivete Bridge, using both sides of the road, while the finish line will be located on the lake of l’Hemisfèric, in the City of Arts and Sciences.
From there, the runners, who will start in different time slots according to the time accredited before the race, will enter the area of Amistat, Tarongers, Ronda Norte, Cabanyal, Avenida del Puerto, Viveros, Saïdia, Tendetes, before entering the historic center of the city.
From the center, the race will advance towards Campanar, Bioparc, Vara de Quart, Patraix, Avenida del Cid, Xàtiva, Colón, Jacinto Benavente and finish at Les Arts.

How to get to the start of Valencia Marathon 2025

The best way to get there is by metro. It will not suffer cuts, as it could happen with the EMT buses, and will be operational from 6 am.
Metrovalencia line 10, with stop Amado Granell-Montolivet, is the closest to the boxes. The organization will deliver with the bib a reusable card with four free trips, valid from December 5 to 8, including trips to the airport.
Expo 42K: the pre-race trade fair

The pre-race hub will be located at Feria Valencia, where the Expo 42K will take place.
Runners will be able to collect their bib-chip and runner’s bag from Thursday, December 4 (from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.) and on Friday (from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.) and Saturday (from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.).
The QR code received by e-mail and the original identity document must be presented for the procedure.
For another year, the traditional pre-race carbo-loading, usually known as Pasta Party, will be the Paella Party La Fallera.
The event will take place on Saturday, December 6 at Feria Valencia’s Plaza del Agua, between 12:30 pm and 4 pm. The ticket costs 6 euros and includes a plate of paella, drink, fruit and ice cream.

In addition, during Friday and Saturday, the finish catwalk installed on the water will remain open to the public from 11 am to 7 pm so that runners and accompanying persons can visit it and have their photos taken before the competition.

The race will be broadcast live on the official website, as well as on the channels #Vamos, Teledeporte, Eurosport and the regional television channel À Punt.
