The City Council of Valencia has launched a campaign to boost the economy in the Malva-rosa neighborhood, in Poblats Marítims, as part of the Bono Comercio campaign, with the issuance of 5 ,115 trade vouchers aimed at promoting consumption in establishments in the area, affected by various urban development works that have reduced their activity and income in recent months.
Each voucher will have a nominal value of 100 euros, but can be purchased for only 50 euros, thus allowing you to double your purchasing power in local businesses participating in the campaign by an additional 50 euros.
The vouchers will be available from May 19 until June 12, 2025, through the official website.
The initiative has a municipal investment of 300,000 euros and is part of the strategy of the Delegation of Trade and Markets to revitalize the commercial fabric of neighborhoods with specific needs.
Anyone over 16 years old will be able to buy these vouchers, but they can only be spent in neighborhood establishments and a maximum of one per person.
150 vouchers will be reserved specifically for people over 65 years old, who will be able to purchase them in person.
The vouchers can be redeemed in stores in the Malva-rosa from May 24 until July 31, 2025.
For the rest of the city’s neighborhoods and businesses, more than 5,000 vouchers will be raffled in July with the new call for Bono Comercio.
