
The largest croquette festival organized in Spain to date will be held in Valencia from April 4 to 6. The Kroqueta Fest will bring together several restaurants in the city that will seek to cook the best croqueta of the festival in 3 categories: innovative, classic and signature.
The event, free access until full capacity, will bring together the following restaurateurs of the city:

- La Pichurrita
- Malafama
- Bar Marvi
- Cassalla Bar
- Jenkin’s & Cheek’s (Jugando con Fuego Group)
- K-Monet
- Los Chamacos
- Amarre 29 by Victor Aliaga
- La Lianta

Kroqueta Fest will be held on the esplanade in front of the Hotel Neptuno, on the beach of Las Arenas (Calle Eugenia Viñes with Dr. Marcos Sopena).
The offer of croquettes confirmed by the festival to this media will include some like the croquette of roast ribs with honey and mustard, Leon jerky with Galician tetilla cheese, spinach with blue cheese, secret with caramelized apple, squid in its ink with all i oli injection or red shrimp and smoked chipotles.
There will also be Iberian pork shepherd’s croquettes, 60-day matured blonde cow with cured minced meat, spicy Majorcan sobrasada and rosemary honey, fried eggs with potatoes, Iberian cheeks in red wine, roasted pumpkin, gorgonzola and onion confit, and huitlacoche (a Mexican truffle).
In addition to the wide range of croquettes, the festival will feature a selection of food trucks to complement the gastronomic experience, a children’s area with inflatables and mechanical bull, a craft market and a tattoo truck for those who wish to get tattooed during the event.

The cultural program will be completed with live music by Valencian groups (GenZ, Jarana’s, Grupo Chanela, Volavent, Taranto, Valencai, Dj R Flow and Dj Coco), dance exhibitions by Dance Center and beer pulling and pairing workshops with a BeerSommelier.
Although access is free, the festival has launched a ticket for 5.50 euros which includes a portion of croquettes and preferential access to the site in case of full capacity.
