It is called Infraganti Pizza Bar and in 2025 it is, once again, one of the 50 best pizzerias in Europe, according to the annual ranking 50 Top Pizza, which each year chooses the best pizzas outside the Italian territory.
This Alicante pizzeria has slipped to 36th place (5 higher than in 2024) in a ranking led in 2025, once again, by Napoli On the Road, a London pizzeria that has been postulated as the best in the whole continent.
Raquel and Gonzalo are the duo in charge of Infraganti Pizza Bar, which already has 3 locations in the Valencian Community (Elche, Alicante and El Campello) and one in Murcia.
Their philosophy is based on the “Slow Fast Pizza”, a mixture of craftsmanship, Mediterranean philosophy and generous recipes with Neapolitan pizza as the basis of everything (they are also champions of Spain in Neapolitan Pizza). “Pizza is made and eaten fast. But for this to happen, everything else has to be very slow,” they explain on their website.
In addition to a prolonged fermentation, their pizzas stand out for always incorporating fresh, seasonal and proximity ingredients, prioritizing responsible and ecological consumption.
Despite being one of the best pizzas in Europe, Infraganti Pizza Bar prices range between 11 and 15.5 euros per pizza, with the Margarita being the cheapest and with some options close to 20 euros.
