After the DANA caused material damage to the train tracks, little by little, it has been possible to start repairing all the damaged infrastructures. As a result, the Alta Velocidad, after two weeks of service interruption, will resume service between Madrid and Valencia as of this Thursday.
Currently, the three companies operating this route: Renfe, Iryo and Ouigo, have already released tickets for the same November 14.
Renfe has issued a press release stating that, as of Thursday, 80,000 weekly seats will be offered to travel between the two cities and about 200 routes.
However, neither Ouigo nor Iryo have released any statement indicating how this return to normality will be, although on their website they already offer tickets from the 14th. Therefore, for the moment, it is not known the frequency, nor the passenger transport capacity that both companies will offer on their Madrid-Valencia route.
