Since the DANA has passed through the Valencia region, a wave of solidarity has flooded social networks, associations and individuals. Many people have offered to help those affected by the storm.
Due to the magnitude of the catastrophe, there are many people who need help. So here we leave you a guide on what we can do to volunteer for the DANA in Valencia.

Emergency phone numbers and missing relatives
A telephone line has been activated for families of missing persons. The telephone number is 900 365 112.
For emergencies, 112 should be called.
Map to find missing persons
A collaborative map has been created to help find missing persons and mark where they were at the time they were affected by the DANA.

Donate clothes and food
Several municipalities have opened collection points for clothes, blankets and food to distribute them among those affected.
These are, for the moment, the cities that have enabled collection spaces.

Help in the protectoras
Several animals have been trapped in the shelters and citizens have been asked to take them into their homes for 10-15 days or until they find a permanent home.
They have also asked for feed, towels, beds and cans of food.
On the one hand, the protector El refugio de Mar铆a has enabled the following WhatsApp number: 662 68 17 99 so that people who want to host can contact them. You can also give blankets, beds, towels and food for the shelter animals at Calle Jordi de Sant Jordi, 13, Valencia.
On the other hand, the pet store Wide Balance in Valencia (C/ San Vicente M谩rtir, 135) is also collecting products in its premises for the shelter Modepran, which also needs to take in its animals, as it has been destroyed.
Donate blood
Due to this situation, hospitals are in need of blood donations. For this reason, a special donation point has been set up at the Institut Luis Vives de Valencia.

How to help from other Autonomous Communities
Solidarity has spread outside Valencia and there are already several localities that have opened collection points for shovels, buckets, food, water, clothing and basic necessities to send to those affected by the hurricane.
