Parking in Valencia’s blue zone is now free. The measure, in effect since March 9, eliminates payment and time limits for parking in these spaces until March 20 at 9:00 a.m.
Valencia City Council has amended the Parking Regulation Ordinance (ORA) for the 2026 Fallas festival. The orange zone is now for the exclusive use of residents 24 hours a day.
The green zone remains unchanged and maintains its usual regulations.
Changes to facilitate mobility
The Councilor for Mobility, Jesús Carbonell, has explained that the reorganization of the service seeks to give priority to resident parking and improve traffic flow during the celebrations. These guidelines are part of the Fallas Announcement published by the City Council.
The municipal announcement also establishes traffic and parking restrictions in areas near Fallas monuments and festive events.
