Valencia premieres bando fallero for the Fallas 2025 with several modifications. The most important and that fully affects the rest of many neighbors is the noise limitation: this year will be limited to 90 dB for festivals, outdoor events and discos.
In tents in public domain, the maximum will be 85 dB with limiter and without recorder. Both limitations are part of the new noise pollution ordinance to be approved at the end of the month.
In addition, as in previous editions, it is not recommended to fire pyrotechnic elements between 9:00 and 10:00 h (except for falleras mayores), nor between 15:00 and 17:00 h for neighborhood rest and animal welfare.
The falleras tents can be installed from March 6 until March 21, although with exceptions. If the tent is located on a plot of land, gardens and pedestrian areas may be deployed from March 4. In parking and traffic areas that do not affect the EMT, from the 5th, as well as the tents of commissions with more than 400 people registered.
In addition to the noise, verbenas and discomóviles can only be held on March 8 and from March 15 to 18, from 10 pm to 4 am.
For the commissions of the historic center, it is recommended to celebrate their events in the evening (17:00 – 22:00 h) and it is not allowed to celebrate in both hours (evening and night) on the same day.
The lights will be installed from March 10 and the street decorations can be installed from March 1.
The fritters and fried dough stalls are authorized from February 28, although the food markets will have to wait until the 8th.
