There is less time left for October 9, the day of the Valencian Community. During this day, to commemorate the entry of Jaume I to the city of Valencia, all kinds of activities and traditional events are held . One of them, and one of the most anticipated, is the Entrance of Moors and Christians.
The traditional parade will go through the streets of the city center next October 9 from 17h, when the different filàs, the groups that represent the Moors and Christians, enter parading from the Parterre.
However, the act of the Moorish and Christian Entrance 2024 itself will begin a little earlier, at 16h, with the already known Baixada de la Gloria. Here the parade itself has not yet begun, but a representative of each group of Moors and Christians will parade to the rhythm of the dianero from the Town Hall Square to the Parterre, where he will meet the rest of his group.
Once they reach the Parterre, at 17h, the starting signal will be given and the different ranks will begin the trabucà to the Town Hall Square, touching with the Avenida Marqués de Sotelo, where the tour will end around 10 pm.
This will be the route of the XX Entrance of Moors and Christians to the City of Valencia 2024:
Parterre- Calle General Tovar- Calle de la Paz- Calle del Poeta Querol- Barcas- Plaza del Ayuntamiento- Avenida Marqués de Sotelo.
