The Generalitat Valenciana has opened this Monday, May 12, the deadline to apply for the Travel Voucher ‘Recuperem Turisme’ 2025, an aid aimed at people affected by the floods of last October in more than a hundred municipalities in the province of Valencia.
The program, endowed with 5.1 million euros, will allow nearly 17,000 beneficiaries to enjoy tourist stays in the Comunitat Valenciana subsidized at 100%, with a maximum of 350 euros per reservation.
Applications must be made exclusively online through the official website, where you can also access the electronic headquarters of the Generalitat to complete the process.
The registration period will remain open until November 28, 2025, and the trips must be enjoyed between May 26 and December 22 of this year, including the summer months.
The registration process is divided into two phases: the first consists of a request for an appointment (without the need for an electronic signature), and the second requires the formal submission of the request with a digital certificate.
Once the request is accepted, beneficiaries will receive a promotional code that must be used to formalize their reservation within 10 working days.
The Travel Voucher will cover minimum stays of two consecutive nights in tourist establishments of the Valencian Community adhered to the program, and will include, in addition to accommodation, other services such as half board, health and wellness treatments, activities or parking.
Travel agencies and accommodations interested in participating may join the program through the same web portal until November 28, 2025, as long as they are registered in the Tourism Registry of the Valencian Community and meet the requirements established in the call.
