The City Council of Valencia, after the Local Government Board, has announced that it will change the hours of the terraces of Cedro and Honduras before the revocation of the TSJCV to provide this area with the declaration of Acoustically Saturated Zone (ZAS).
The consistory will now have to make the necessary measurements and procedures to carry out this declaration, as neighbors have been asking for some time.
Meanwhile, the Public Domain Ordinance and the Noise Pollution Ordinance will be applied and the time of the terraces will be reduced.
From March to October, they will have to close at 00:30 hours on weekdays, and at 1 o’clock on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. From November to February, they may be installed from 20:00 hours to 00:00 hours.
