Tosca, Puccini’s classic
.
As in most operas, here we are going to find a drama, but a big one. Lovers, stabbings, jealousies and Machiavellian plots. It is set in Rome in the 1800s and we will find almost no moment without tension.
This Puccini work has gone down in history for his famous “Nussum Dorma” and we think it’s great for those looking for something more sophisticated but entertaining.

The Covid has marked us all, and how can it be less, to art as well. Therefore, it is increasingly common to see works, films or read novels that are set in this era.
In the case of “Pensioners” do not expect to find a drama, although the beginning can be. The plot is as follows: the three protagonists are widowed during the pandemic, hence is born a hilarious situation where we can not stop laughing, and we can even drop a tear.

Bodas de Sangre, the true story written by Lorca
“Bodas de Sangre” is a classic of Spanish theater, so if you haven’t seen it yet this is your chance. The play, based on a true story, begins when a bride doesn’t show up for her wedding and she and her cousin are found dead and wrapped in blood.
Some say it is the greatest tragedy written in Spanish. We neither confirm nor deny it, but what it does deserve is a chance, given the beauty and the feelings it exudes.

Letter from a stranger, adaptation of Zweig’s delightful book
This play is undoubtedly for the most romantic. Is it possible to love unrequited? What can we get to do for it? “Letter from a stranger” is based on a short novel by Zweig that is a delight. It presents love in all its strength, with its positive points, but also its negative ones.
What is a love obsession like? We recommend only going to see it if you have a good heart, otherwise you may spend the time crying.
