
EnBoga restaurant in Valencia cooks the best fideuá in the world in 2025. This restaurant in Valencia, located at Avenida de Aragón 16, has won the first prize in the 50th International Fideuà Competition of Gandia held this Thursday.
The restaurant team received on Thursday night the prestigious Santa Isabel necklace, a symbol of culinary excellence in this traditional Valencian dish.
Second prize went to the Nautic restaurant, from Oliva, while third place went to Gastro Arrocería Atlantis, from Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
The jury also recognized the international and formative talent of the contest. In the category of Best Foreign Participant, the restaurant Juguem, from Japan, won the award.
The CDT School of Alicante was recognized as the Best Cooking School . In addition, the competition rewarded creativity in the use of local ingredients, with the award for Best Orange Dessert going to chef Max, from France.
19 euros for a portion of EnBoga’s fideuà.
EnBoga’ s latest menu in Valencia features two types of fideuá : the traditional one accompanied by tender garlic and baby squid; and the fine noodle rossejat, according to Ca Sento’s fideuá recipe.
The current price of the former is 19 euros per portion, while the rossejat is served for 21 euros. The minimum quantity of these dishes is 2 portions.
On the menu there are also other Valencian rice dishes such as paella for 19 euros or lobster rice for 25.
EnBoga is a restaurant directed by Rafa Brandez and focused on Valencian gastronomy. Its menu abounds with seafood portions and seafood products, as well as special cuts of meat.
EnBoga is open from Tuesday to Sunday. Tuesdays and Sundays only during lunch hours.
