Like someone who stumbles upon an unexpected find, there is a small steakhouse in the province of Castellón that goes unnoticed despite having an almost unbeatable claim: a full menu of grilled meat for only 15 euros per person. The place is Asador Novaliches, and its proposal has been made clear by the forcefulness of its dishes published on social networks.
As detailed by @samforfoodies in a video on Instagram, the offer consists of a menu designed for groups of 5 people, with a total price of 75 euros, which is equivalent to the 15 euros per diner. The proposal focuses entirely on the grill, with everything “made on the grill”.
The grilled menu of Asador Novaliches
The menu is structured in two main parts, in addition to the drink. To begin with, the offer includes a bottle of wine for the group.
Then comes the first part of the meal: a tray with a selection that includes bacon, sausage, blood sausage and chorizo, all cooked over the coals.
After this first course, the menu continues with the second part, a main course with a base of fried potatoes on which a wide range of grilled meats is served, including entrecôte, chops and ribs.
To avoid surprises, in the video shared by @samforfoodies, there are several extra dishes that are not included in the €15 menu, such as a grilled T-bone steak, served with its side of potatoes, asparagus, peppers and mushrooms; a whole grilled octopus served on a potato base; and a portion of pork face.
This steakhouse, which focuses on the product cooked on the grill, is located in Novaliches, in the province of Castellón, about 50 minutes north of Valencia.
