The aji amarillo is for Peru as the cremaet is for the Valencians, an essential part of their own gastronomic culture.
Now, to pay tribute to this important ingredient for Peruvian culture and to make us discover the best of the country, a gastronomic route has been created around the yellow chili that will take place simultaneously in Madrid, Seville, Bilbao and Valencia.
The route will be held from October 11 to 27 and will involve more than 50 restaurants in the four cities. During these days, the restaurants will offer visitors a tapa made with ají amarillo and a cocktail for €10.
It is an ideal occasion to discover new flavors and gastronomic proposals to which, perhaps, we are not so used to.
Here is the list of restaurants that will participate in the Yellow Pepper Route 2024 in Valencia:
- Restaurant Quina. 📍Location: C/ Antonio Suárez, 29
- Lima Restaurant. 📍Location: Plaza de la Merced, 6
