The restaurant chain Lamburguesa celebrates its 10th anniversary this Thursday, April 3, by giving away 50 hamburgers at its Cortes Valencianas location.
Starting at 7:30 p.m., 50 Bacon Cheese Burger to go will be handed out while stocks last. The reason, in addition to its anniversary, is the inauguration of a new menu and formula, which will incorporate 30-day matured meat and new products with much more sauce.
The Bacon Cheese Burger recipe consists of a disc of meat accompanied by cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, bacon jam and bacon sauce.
In a statement, the restaurant of the El Gordo y El Flaco group explains that the entire gastronomic proposal has been reformulated with a view to 2025, with new creations such as the Super Mamma Mei, one of the most requested in Lamburguesa’s premises, which was previously prepared with pulled pork and now with boneless Iberian pork ribs; or also the famous BBQ Ribs, which are incorporated to the menu after several years of demand.
Lamburguesa, a concept created by brothers Pablo and Salva Martínez, opened its doors in 2015 in its first location in Godella. 10 years later, the group has 9 locations in the province of Valencia. In several of them it combines the form of burgers with Paffuto, a restaurant focused on pizzas and Italian cuisine.
