Enlightenment, the immersive show inside a church

The church of San José de Calasanz is the setting for this multisensory show that combines videomapping and music, specifically, a reinterpretation of Antonio Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons. It is a show that surprises with its staging and invites to meditation and illumination.

The exhibition La Ruta: Modernity, culture and uncontrolled.

The popularly known as “Ruta del Bakalao” is one of the most famous artistic expressions of the twentieth century in Valencia and can now be seen from new perspectives with this immersive experience, which not only tells us the history of the movement, but talks about how it influenced later and demolishes all its myths. We will be able to do it through immersive room, virtual reality, exhibition of original objects and much more.

Visit the Christmas markets

Between Christmas and Epiphany, many of Valencia’s Christmas markets are still open. This way, you can enjoy the magic of Christmas during the first week of January and take the opportunity to do your Christmas shopping.
Pinazo exhibition at IVAM

Last 2024, an exhibition on the artist Ignacio Pinazo Camarlench opened at IVAM. If you haven’t had time to see it yet, don’t worry, but don’t sleep either, as it ends next January 25.
The exhibition has about 50 paintings and a hundred paintings by the artist. As well as some unpublished texts that have been read for the first time at IVAM.

Three Kings Parade

One of the most anticipated moments of the Christmas holidays is the great parade of the Three Kings that runs through the center of Valencia. As every year, at 16:30h, the Kings will arrive at the Marina of Valencia to start an hour later, at 17:30h, their usual route through the streets of the city.

Large interactive installation at the Palau de Cervelló.

During the month of January, and until the end of March, a documentary installation by the Valencian artist Rodolfo Navarro can be visited at the Cervelló Palace.
It is “La Transfiguración”, a surface of 200 square meters in which artistic interaction with its public is sought.

Amusement fair

Until January 19 you can enjoy the mythical Christmas amusement fair, very close to the Clock Building. There you can find dozens of attractions that will fill your body with adrenaline.
On weekends it will be open until midnight.
