Metrovalencia has announced the closure of the section between Mislata-Almassí and Aeroport for the last train from Sunday through Thursday until August 30 due to renovations. This change will affect only Line 3, which operates this service according to its regular schedule.
This new measure means that the last service connecting the stops at Faitanar, Quart de Poblet, Salt de l’Aigua, Manises, Rosas, and, finally , Aeroport will arrive at the latter around 11:20 p.m. and return to Valencia at 11:38 p.m.
Meanwhile, lines 5 and 9 will maintain their regular schedules to the airport, and the night service on Fridays, Saturdays, and the evenings before holidays will follow the previous schedule. However, line 5 will remain closed due to renovations on the section between Marítim and Alameda until August 30 as well.
Work on Line 3 has been underway since last Tuesday, July 7, but had not been announced by the Generalitat—as reported by the Valencian Association for Public Transportation—until today.
