Valencia will be the only stop in Spain for the Pokémon Go truck this coming summer. The popular mobile game will tour some European cities starting in July to bring fans an experience focused on activities and challenges linked to the world of Pokémon.
Next August 2 is the date chosen by Pokémon to stop in Valencia after visiting cities such as Manchester, London and Paris. The exact location of the truck will be revealed in the coming weeks.
Wherever the truck is installed, Pokémon trainers in the city will be able to share an experience centered on the game, which will include being able to visit the truck inside and take photos, participate in battles in areas specifically enabled within the game, access prizes and raffles and meet local ambassadors of the Nintendo and Niantic brand.
They will also be able to access the Creator Studio, a space to create content for social networks and share their experience with the hashtag #PokemonGORoadTrip.
In addition, for those who cannot attend in person, special in-game activities will be enabled for players from all over Spain, as confirmed by the Pokémon GO team.
The Pokémon GO Road Trip will culminate its European tour in Cologne, Germany, from August 20 to 24.
The event seeks to promote the spirit of the game: exploring the environment, connecting with other players and experiencing new adventures. The organization reminds all attendees of the importance of respecting local rules and being aware of their surroundings while playing the game.
