The potato omelet delivery company, La Martinuca, of which influencer María Pombo is a partner, will soon open its first location in Valencia.
The establishment will be located in Plaza de Cánovas, in the premises formerly occupied by Cervecería Cánovas until its closure in 2022, according to ValenciaPlaza.com.
Although there is no specific opening date, the brand is already looking for staff through its social media channels.

The company was founded in 2021 by Víctor Naranjo and Álvaro González. The project began as a business exclusively selling Spanish omelets online. María Pombo, her partner Pablo Castellanos, Adrián González, and fellow influencer Natalia Coll later joined the venture.
The company sold more than 180,000 tortillas last year in Madrid and Barcelona and already has physical locations in Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga, and Seville.
The menu focuses on Spanish omelets with varieties that include truffle, caramelized onion, or chorizo, as well as croquettes, salads, and sandwiches.
