From Tijuana to the whole world: the phenomenon behind Grupo Firme

From uploading covers to YouTube with a group of friends to filling the most impressive venues in Mexico and the U.S. in just over a decade. Founded in 2014 in Tijuana by Eduin Cázares and Jairo Corrales, Grupo Firme has managed to bring Mexican norteño music and banda sinaloense to every corner of the Americas. We’re talking about the winners of two Latin Grammys—in 2021 and 2025—the same artists who drew a whopping 280,000 people to Mexico City’s Zócalo and who will now make a stop in Valencia as the first leg of their European tour.

Their songs are anthems designed to be sung at the top of your lungs. You’ve surely come across songs like “Ya supérame,” “El tóxico,” “En tu perra vida,” or “Cada quien” on your TikTok feed .

Now, all that energy is coming to the capital on the Turia River, bringing a powerful, fun, and carefree live show to the stage. True to their style, they interact fully with their audience and even toast and drink right on stage (they didn’t call it a “europeda” for nothing).
