Grand opening of the July Fair this Monday in Valencia with fireworks and shows

The city of Valencia kicks off its traditional Gran Feria de Julio 2024 with an opening party this Monday, July 1. The event will begin with a parade of bugle and drum bands that will start from the Plaza de la Queen and arrive at the Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

In the Town Hall Square, the illuminated sign will be lit to mark the official start of the Great Fair of Valencia. This will be followed by an aerial ballet show 30 meters above the ground, accompanied by the music of Vivaldi’s “The Four Seasons”.

The inauguration will conclude with a fireworks display launched from the terrace of the Town Hall. This celebration will kick off a series of events and activities that will take place during the Great Fair of Valencia until July 28.
