The port of Valencia will welcome from Wednesday, November 19, the Galeón Andalucía, a unique replica of one of the legendary Spanish ships that starred in the trade routes between America, Asia and Europe for three centuries.
The ship will dock in the Veles e Vents area, next to the Pergola, and will open its decks to the public from November 19 to 30, before its next great transatlantic expedition.
A floating museum with history arrives in Valencia

The ship, 55 meters long and built in iroko and pine wood, functions as a floating museum of Spanish maritime culture.
It has 6 visitable decks and almost 1,000 square meters of sail area. Its construction in Punta Umbria (Huelva) was carried out following a rigorous historical criterion to faithfully recreate the galleons of the sixteenth to eighteenth centuries.
During the visit, visitors will be able to tour the ship and interact with the crew, composed of young sailors who share their real sailing experiences.
The galleon has logged more than 100,000 nautical miles and has called at international ports such as New York, Shanghai, Hong Kong and London.
The stopover in Valencia marks the final stretch of a successful European voyage that has lasted six months. During this period, the Galeón Andalucía has visited more than 20 cities in the United Kingdom, France, Germany and the Netherlands, with nearly 200,000 visitors.
After its stay in the capital of the Turia, the ship will set course for Seville to close its 2025 agenda.
There it will begin preparations to cross the Atlantic early next year and begin a long American tour of several years.
