Quesa is ready for what will be its most popular event of the year. From today, Friday, February 6, until Sunday, February 8, the municipality will celebrate the Fiesta de la Reserva 2026, a festival that has held the title of Tourist Interest of the Valencian Community since 2012 and will transform the town into a period market, specifically from the 17th century.
The festival commemorates the events of 1690, when a plague epidemic ravaged the population and the town had to be repopulated.
Under the direction of Abel Bas and Aarón García, the local theater group and volunteers from the town will stage the 12th Historical Reenactment, with two performances scheduled for Saturday afternoon in the church square.
Sunday’s program will also feature gastronomy with the preparation of giant paellas by Galbis, and the town center will be transformed into a Reserve Market, where you can find silk craft workshops, a family playroom, and even an educational farm.
