It doesn’t matter if it’s cold, hot, the sun is blazing, or it’s pouring rain: going to the movies is always a great plan, and even more so if we can do it at an affordable price. This makes October one of the best months of the year to enjoy the big screen, because it’s accompanied by the Fiesta del Cine.
For four days, from October 19 to 22, movie lovers can watch any movie currently in theaters for €3.50 per ticket. This initiative, which has been held in our country for more than 15 years, has become a tradition for the most avid movie fans.
An unbeatable opportunity to enjoy some of the year’s best new releases , such as *La bola negra*, the film selected to represent Spain at the Oscars and which has wowed international critics. Other great films will also be available, such as *Digger* starring Tom Cruise, *In the Heart of the Beast* starring Brad Pitt, and the highly anticipated *Street Fighter* starring Jason Momoa. Plus, October is the month of horror, and titles in this genre (such as “Resident Evil” and “Insidious: Beyond”) make up a large part of the lineup.
It’s important to note that this offer isn’t available at all theaters nationwide, only at those participating in the promotion: in the province of Valencia, there are a total of 19 theaters, 7 of which are located within the city. To make it even easier for you, we’ve outlined below how to get tickets and which theaters in Valencia are included.
How to Get Tickets
In the past, you had to download a pass from the official Fiesta del Cine website, but fortunately, those steps are a thing of the past: you can buy tickets for €3.50 directly at the box office or on the movie theater’s own website.
And if you’re the type of person who likes to plan ahead or are worried about missing out on the best seats in the theater, check the website of your favorite movie theater now (we’ve included the list at the end of the article), because some have already put tickets on sale for those days.
