The Viveros Gardens in Valencia will host this weekend a food and sustainable products market with direct sales. The General Directorate of Trade, Crafts and Consumer Affairs of the Department of Innovation, Industry, Trade and Tourism is organizing the IV Responsible Consumption Fair of the Valencian Community on November 8 and 9.
During the weekend, this park in Valencia will have stands of artisans, companies, associations and entities linked to quality, proximity, and respect for the environment.
What to do at the Responsible Consumption Fair
You can see and buy a wide range of organic food products and proximity, sustainable fashion, crafts, natural cosmetics, bio-construction, green energy and recycling, among other sectors.
In addition, the fair will offer a program of talks, workshops and activities for all ages, with lectures on healthy eating, recycling, nature, sustainable fashion and conscious consumption, children’s and family workshops, and tastings of local products.
In addition, during the two days there will be multiple parallel activities organized by consumer associations and collaborating organizations, with educational spaces, demonstrations and participatory experiences designed for all ages.
Creative recycling workshops, environmental education games, exhibitions on fair trade and information points on consumer rights are some of the topics that will be addressed in these workshops.
The fair will be open on Saturday from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm and on Sunday, November 9 from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
