
The First Vice-Presidency and Regional Ministry of Social Services, Equality and Housing has published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana the call that will guide the rental aid for 2025 in the Comunitat Valenciana.
The Bono Alquiler Joven will bring as a novelty the increase of the maximum rent limit that will be able to benefit from the aids. In some areas, apartments of up to 900 euros per month where people under 35 years of age live will be able to benefit from this aid.
The economic endowment will be a maximum of 250 euros per month for two years, which in total means a subsidy of the rental price of about 6,000 euros in total.
Another novelty in relation to the Bono Alquiler Joven is that it will no longer be granted in order of application, but will be based on the circumstances of each applicant.
This aid is aimed at people up to 35 years of age (included) whose income does not exceed 3 times the Public Multiple Effect Income Indicator (IPREM), which would be equivalent to 21,600 euros in 12 payments.
The call for the Bono Alquiler Joven for 2025 is already published in the Diari Oficial de la Generalitat Valenciana. It can be requested from April 1 to 23, 2025.
Bono Alquiler Joven 2025 requirements
This aid may be requested for homes or rooms for rent or transfer of use, demonstrable by documentation that proves it as a rental contract and certificate of registration as habitual residence.
In addition, if several young people live together and request the aid, the limit to access these will be 4 times the IPREM for 2 people and 5 times the IPREM for 3 or more people.
For renting a room, only the applicant’s income will be considered, not including the income of the other cohabitants.
These aids will not be compatible with other aids dedicated to renting, except in cases of vulnerable people, people affected by dana or victims of gender violence.
The requirements to be a beneficiary include having Spanish nationality or the nationality of a Member State of the European Union, or being in a situation of regular residence in Spain.
Income limits by municipality
The Bono Alquiler Joven 2025 in the Comunitat Valenciana establishes different income limits depending on the area in which the dwelling or room is located. The zones and their respective limits are as follows:

- Housing: 800 €/month (9.600 €/year)
- Room: 400 €/month (4,800 €/year)
3. Municipalities affected by the DANA
- Housing: 800 €/month (9,600 €/year)
- Room: 400 €/month (4,800 €/year)
4. ATPMS B
- Housing: 700 €/month (8.400 €/year)
- Room: 350 €/month (4.200 €/year)
- Includes municipalities such as: Gandia, Benidorm, Elx/Elche, Vila-real, Sagunt/Sagunto, among others (see bases).
5. ATPMS C-1 and C-2
- Housing: 650 €/month (7.800 €/year)
- Room: 300 €/month (3.600 €/year)
- Includes municipalities such as: Alcoi/Alcoy, Dénia, Elda, Xàtiva, Torrevieja, La Vila Joiosa/Villajoyosa, Almoradí, Ibi, among others (see bases).
How to apply for rental assistance in Valencia
From April 1, 2025 it will be possible to apply for the aid telematically in this link, or requesting previous appointment.
The period will remain open until April 23, 2025.
