Valencia will celebrate from Monday May 12 until next May 26 the first route of Valencian cakes in 13 restaurants in the city.
The initiative, promoted by the restaurateur Andrés García and the journalist Iris Montoya with the help of the Ambar beer brand, will bring each restaurant’s version of this Valencian dish to the Valencian public.
For two weeks, the public will be able to visit each of the participating restaurants to try their recipe and, in addition, vote for their favorite through social networks.
Those with the most votes will become the three finalists, while the winning coca will be announced on the last day of the route. An expert jury will be in charge of selecting the gold of the first edition.
