The Valencia Kite Festival returns once again to Cabanyal Beach. The 2026 edition will take place on April 12 with free admission and a program running from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Opposite the boardwalk, a 15,000-square-meter flying area will host kites of all kinds: multi-component, static, acrobatic, giant, and 3D.
A spectacle of color and movement set to the rhythm of the wind, combining high-level exhibitions with activities for the little ones.
The full program is as follows:
- 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. — Children’s kite-making workshop.
- 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. — Acrobatic kite flying exhibition by professionals.
- 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. — Children’s kite workshop.
- 2:00–3:30 p.m. — Lunch break and free activities.
- 3:30–4:30 p.m. — Advanced workshop on flying techniques and kite control.
- 4:30–5:30 p.m. — Children’s kite workshop.
- 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. — Free flying and demonstrations of large kites.
- 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. — Closing ceremony and awards presentation.
Admission is free for all activities.
