As futuristic as it may seem, this will be reality. Valencia will install at least 13 intelligent digital kiosks in the city. Its objective will be to improve the tourist experience from a sustainable point of view.
These smart kiosks will allow access to information about Valencia in real time to anyone who requests it, as well as download and collect (physically) maps, tickets and tickets.
In other words, they will combine a digital part with a paper part to make the user experience as complete as possible. Thanks to the technology it will be possible, for example, to upload the tourist card or know what is happening in Valencia while picking up a paper map of the city.
These devices will have a touch screen and integrated payment systems and will be installed near tourist offices or at strategic points in the city, such as train stations or the airport. With this, access to city information will be streamlined and can be done autonomously and efficiently.
