Open House Valencia returns: more than 70 emblematic buildings will open for free on October 24, 25 and 26

The VII edition of the architecture festival will host the bulk of its program of activities this coming weekend in Valencia.

One of the most anticipated cultural and architectural events of the year is back. The architecture festival Open House Valencia (OHV) will celebrate its VII edition next October 24, 25 and 26 with the open day of more than 70 emblematic buildings of the Valencian capital.

One of the big bets of this edition is to extend its scope beyond the capital. The next big event will be on September 27 and 28 in the capital of La Costera, which debuts as a guest municipality.

During that weekend, free visits have been organized to heritage sites such as the Palacio de l’Ardiaca or the Arab Baths, complemented with thematic routes to discover the “medieval Xàtiva” or the “Xàtiva dels Borja”.

Throughout October, the program will be completed with more proposals in the other municipalities invited this year: Cocentaina, Llíria and Manises.

With more than 15,000 participants in its last edition, Open House Valencia expects to break records in 2025. Registration for both September and October activities will always be available through its official website.

This year has enabled the option of registering as Amic OHV, which offers the possibility of collaborating financially with the festival and obtain advantages in the reservation and access to the activities that require it. Registration is open until October 15.

Among the confirmed architectures, whose visiting hours will be published in early October, are Front, The Terminal Hub, Only YOU Hotel Valencia and Roig Arena. Espai Verd and San Juan del Hospital, due to the exceptional demand for these buildings, will be exclusive to Amics OHV25.

During the weekend of the festival – October 24, 25 and 26 -, you will be able to enjoy different thematic urban routes around the city. An experience that will take you through València guided by architects and historians specialized in the field.

All Open Walks and other activities require prior registration through the website.

After the global fall of AWS services during this Monday, October 20 and to ensure that the whole process is carried out normally, the opening of registration for the Open Walks will be moved to tomorrow, Tuesday, October 21, at 9:00 am.
