Valencia CF’s move to Nou Mestalla is drawing closer every day, and although many Valencia fans are sad to leave the stadium that has been their home for over a century, the club is already hard at work relocating season ticket holders and assigning seats at the new stadium ahead of its opening in August 2027.
Valencia announced this morning the three-phase process for season ticket holders who wish to renew their passes: first, groups will be created; next, seats will be selected; and finally, payment will be processed. Below, we’ll explain the process step by step so you don’t get lost along the way:
Step 1: Create a group
Fans who want to watch games alongside their friends or family will need to create an online group to ensure their seats are adjacent. All applicants must be season ticket holders or register as VCF Members. The window to complete this process will run from October 14 to 30 , 2026.
Step 2: Choose your seat
Seat selection will be done the old-fashioned way: by reserving in person. To do this, time slots will be assigned based on the average length of time members have been season ticket holders in the group (those under 16 will not be counted), and appointments will be held in Room 1923 at Mestalla.
If no member of the group is able to attend in person, an alternative option via video call will be provided to select seats. This phase does not require any payment; it will be a reservation-only process. Appointments will begin on November 17 and run through the month of May.
Step 3: Season Ticket Payment
The season ticket campaign for the 2027–28 season will begin in June and July 2027. At this time, neither the exact dates nor the price of season tickets are known, but payment or setup of automatic payments will be required during these months.
In any case, the club has already announced how seating capacity will be distributed, as well as the location of the fan section and the premium area, which will be divided into several sections in the areas with the best visibility. The Nou Mestalla will feature four different levels: the lower tier, the middle tier, the upper tier, and the top tier.
